    Circle Dock is an application designed to help you launch your programs from a circular dock. Is a free software,  to give a new life to your desktop.The idea behind Circle Dock is that the dock should appear where your mouse is instead of you having to move your mouse to the dock like with other programs.     Main Features:

    •Circle Dock (free) takes all the expected features of a worthwhile program launcher and presents them in a distinct circular format capable of organizing a large number of items. It’s available in a 32-bit and a 64-bit version.

    •Launch your programs from a circular dock, Drag and drop your files, folders, and shortcuts onto a circular dock that you can resize and Rotate the dock with either your mouse wheel or the keyboard arrow keys.

    •Works with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7

    •The utility allows for plenty of customizations regarding its look and feel, such as the distance between rings, number of items per ring, button size, etc.

    •New easy method of upgrading from older versions.

    •Help access expanded, look for the help buttons in almost every panel to be taken to the subject material you require.

    •User  friendly, without loosing its sleek look.

    •Added alternative translations for Hungarian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Turkish.

    •By default, clicking on the center button does not open the start menu. You can enable this in the settings panel.

    •Rotate the dock with your mouse wheel or arrow keys (customizable).

    Its a really nice way to launch applications. but I like my desktop icon free..

    I use ‘Launchy’ to launch any applications. Its simple, more than useful and highly recommended.
